Dead Island 2 is a zombie survival game set in the city of Los Angeles. Players must scavenge for weapons and supplies to survive in a world overrun by the undead. - Secure Case: This lockbox is located in the LA24 building. It can be unlocked with the LA24 Key, which is obtained by completing the side quest “Scooped!” The case contains the blueprint for the Vengeful weapon perk.
- Newsroom Hard-Case: This lockbox is located in the newsroom of the Ocean Avenue Gazette. It can be unlocked with the Newsroom Hard-Case Key, which is obtained by completing the side quest “The Truth About the Island.” The case contains the blueprint for the Explosive Expert weapon perk.
- Electrician’s Toolbox: This lockbox is located in the basement of the Thalia Residences. It can be unlocked with the Electrician’s Key, which is dropped by the Faulty Electrician. The toolbox contains the Superior Ranged Mutilator weapon mod blueprint.
- Guest’s Keepsake Box: This lockbox is located in the guest room of the Ocean Avenue Motel. It can be unlocked with the Guest’s Keepsake Key, which is found in the motel’s office. The box contains a variety of items, including a weapon mod blueprint, a piece of clothing, and some money.

- Serling Reception Key: This key is dropped by the Hotel Concierge, who can spawn at night on the second floor of the Lotusville Mall.
