“Shield in left hand, staff in right with rapier and claws fast switch,” he said of how his own character that he has created in Elden Ring. “Change armor from heavy to medium for fast roll or tank. Move talismans around a lot. Many small hits in a row to damage stack is important.”

However, there might be people who are saying that he doesn’t actually play the game because this construction that Musk has described here has been a favored one in Elden Ring communtiy. Elden Ring’s revamped magic system has made Mage builds more common than in previous FromSoftware games. Hence, suggesting that he merely searched for the best build on the internet and pasted it.

Elon Musk has dropped hints previously of him tweeting Elden Ring and Bandai Namco memes. Another recent tweet of him shows that he finds video games scarier than movies. He said this in a reply to Hideo Kojima who was going to watch a horror movie before sleeping, but he’ll stick with reading a book.

Since the game has added a slew of new methods to deal magic and spell damage to foes, it seems to reason that Musk would indeed be inclined to give these new additions a shot. Whether Musk has really played Elden Ring is another topic completely, but considering how many occupied he has been recently, it would undoubtedly be a surprise.
